Chapter 6 — Who Is on the Throne?: dethroning the founder's four idols
Lord,
I recognize that ____________ (name the idol) has taken the place that belongs to You. That I have made decisions out of it. That my peace has depended on ____________ instead of depending on You.
I confess this as disorder. I renounce that rule.
I ask You to take the center again. Not temporarily, while things are hard — but permanently, as the foundation of everything I do.
May my decisions today show that the throne has changed hands.
