5. Which weekly indicator measures the health of this process?
6. Which decision still depends too much on the founder and needs to be delegated?
7. Do this on one page per process. Simple. Living. Updatable.
8. Verification question: if I stepped away for thirty days, would the team have enough clarity to keep going?
